Maid service was excellent! Rooms are provided with lush furnishings. Great for business stays!

Front desk check in personal was extremely rude my first night, he refused to let me in! Unacceptable!

Overall, my stay was fine but due to the fact of the night check-in service man, I am very appalled about my entire visit. He refused to open front lobby doors, when I explained I do not have a key, but I do have my ID, he still proceeded to say no! I have never been treated that way in any hotel. My only other issue is that there are not any microwaves available in the rooms, but that is not as big a deal as the ignorant check in service I received! ...read more
